Where to Invest 200K ?

The odds are if you go about trying to find a 90% return on a passive investment, you will be taking a huge amount of risk whether you are aware of it upfront or not.

Now, if you don't mind working the business or investment that is a different story. You can leverage 200k into a $800k-$1mm business that makes $250-$350k annually before loan payments.

Run it for a year or two and then train your best employee to run it and let them earn a small ownership position over several years of running it to ensure they stay forever.

If that isn't enough, then go do it again. In 5 years you could build that 200k up to a couple of million in asset value and 100's of thousands of dollars in passive income.

Just buy 2 decent content based websites for 80K each that make around 5-6K per month and invest further 20% to grow them for the next coming years. You can reap the monthly earning for that period and then resell with a nice profit.

The best answer on your question can be given by yourself. Do you like the Idea to invest in forex, maybe stocks? Maybe crpyto? Well this will require a lot of reading, following the current economic situation and how are things changing - this way you will not make "passive income" every month or whatever so probably that's not the option for you.
If you want to make such return - 15k per month from 200k probably the answer will be to look after a business, but well people here can tell you their business ideas or what they would like to do, this might not meet your expectations.
Whether it will be a physical or online business this is a topic that you should consider by yourself too, where you live, are there any opportunities for something locally?
If you live in small town or place which is not demographically good then real estates might not be option too, so this question is really hard. Imo research some business opportunities connected to your knowledge. You made good money from IM, then you know a thing or two, think how you can implement what you already know into something more whitehat and create a business, this way you will evolve your current knowledge and not start from 0 and also you'll have the chance to make these returns faster than anything else :)

I bought multiple profitable sites on Flippa. You need to weed through a lot of sites and do research and due diligence, but if you are patient you can find a handful of sites every year that can turn a good ROI.

The most reliable option is to buy commercial real estate and rent it out. It brings more profit than residential real estate, at the same time you are protected from inflation.

Invest in a course on how to make that kind of money over the internet you have enough room for even paying people to act as you or to present them as your partners and for them to be the face of the business if you dont feel good on the camera
