where to hire freelance fact checkers?

I'm trying to do a skyscraper article and it has a lot to do with chemistry. I've done a week of research and wrote a very long post, but I think i got a lot of the chemistry basics wrong.

Do you ever hire fact checkers or subject experts to edit your content? Kinda like a consultant but cheaper

I was thinking about going to university in my town and just putting up fliers for chemistry students to check it for $20. Either that or go to the professor and try to see if he has students that need work.

Upwork would be worth looking at for this type of specialist stuff.

I ran into some very educated people whom some are school teachers on textbroker but it can be hard to find such people. You have to really look around.

Upwork is good for longer term/higher quality hires. Fiverr is better for one time jobs/short term hires.
