You can find on forums like this forum itself . Good sellers here cater to thousands of customers here every year. But first you should satisfy few clients to gain confidence.

What works really good if you don't have major budget on ads etc. Is just networking with others ,it's one of the more powerful way to gain clients in my opinion!

it is the best marketplace to find Seo clients. but if you are a newbie then you have to complete 60 days and 100 msgs on this platform then you can sell any services. in other way you can approach on social media like fb, and LinkedIn etc., try to engage more on these platforms to get better results.
