Where to create stable social accounts?

Bro, it's way easier to do this today than it was 2 years ago. Just create a Facebook account using the Facebook Lite app on another phone, use a photo from 'thispersondoesnotexist,' warm up the account for 7 days, then use it normally. That's it. I've had some of these accounts for years now.
 
You can create business accounts and start spending from accounts with low limits, then try to spend up to the account limit to get more large spending limits from Facebook and Your account will be healthier
 
You can use 4G/ 5G proxies with IP rotation and an anti-detect browser to create multiple accounts. Make sure that your IP address is continuously rotating, and you can use multiple profiles of anti-detect browser to create and manage multiple accounts.

I think it can be created normally. I still regularly use 3 accounts on one computer and they all work normally.

On PC I got dynamic IP btw.

I think it depends on how you use it
I bought 2 more accounts and used them normally without any problems

Use residential proxies + Amazon AWS instances/azure vms
 
instead of creating new accounts, u should rent advertising accounts with high spending history from agents, it's fast, convenient and u don't need to worry about any problems of them

Mobile with a new SIM might be safer. A dynamic IP on PC could raise red flags. Buying isn't ideal, but creating a bunch yourself is risky too. Maybe try using a friend or family member's number (with permission) to verify a new account. Focus on using the account organically for a bit before posting anything random. Build it up slowly. Shadowbans are tricky, but genuine activity helps.

maybe you shall verify your acc...maybe try ro create accounts on different devices

or there's also an option like clear your cache/use new sim. otherwise , try dynamic IP on PC.
 
The secret of trust accounts lies in high-quality farming and a good anti-detect browser. I've worked with FB and know that its multi-account policy is pretty strict. The only thing I don't recommend is using the Dolphin browser. It is simply terrible and after every update there are only crashes. I used it for a long time and it used to be one of the best, but the developers ruined it
 
Try to use 4g proxies and detect browser to create multiple accounts on your device.

you should set up and create a business account and warm up that will be better for you
