Where to create a new company ?

In addition, you may not pay any tax there but your local tax office will rip you off and rape you if you didn't structured it all right. This brings you back to high costs and administrative hurdles.

Yes, hence Turkey. For all countries like Malta, Bulgaria, Romania and Latvia, just manage to get the residency and that's it. As a non-american, no IRS-like Gestapo will chase you once you're away.
