The lawyer instantly showed me cyberlaws and some other staff which made me look like an idiot so people saying india is easy i guess
this works only for peanut amounts cause laws in india are very clear and not like posted here many times non existend

I am very impressed in how much faith you have in keeping your money in the Chinese hands (HK)
At the end of the day, China is in charge in HK and they can change laws to take your money.

Yeah, sure.

If it's such a dangerous place to keep money, why is HK one of the world's largest and most important financial centres?

I guess all those CFOs of global banking institutions are idiots.

At the end of the day your revenue department will be asking for proof how you can afford the food in your mouth and how you finance your style of life. Telling them some offshore company pays for it will do more harm than good.

Cant you guys come up with a better option?
What was the country Arthur Anderson set up shop in?

For the next 30 years or so HK is going to be the way it is, so its safe for the next 30 years, China can do nothing about your money in there, and its much safer than having your money in Cyprus where the govt says you can't pull back your money.

In Bulgaria you will still have to pay their flat rate of 10% on everything that your company earns. You will also have the nightmare of having to employ an accountant each year to prepare and submit your tax return. I could go on but take it from me, Bulgaria is not the answer and I know because I'm English and I live there.
I will give you a golden nugget.

Try Bulgaria. As a foreign opening there a new company you will pay 0% taxes.Just rent an appartment there for 100 euro per month and be offical registered there.
This way your money is 100% clean in the EU and you can spend it on anything you want without fearing the tax department

Belize, Cyprus, Mauritious, HK, Seychelles, Gibraltar and many many options

Either way you do this you will still have to pay tax in the country that you reside in by law. You could also get caught out for double taxation penalties between Italy and the country that your second company is registered. Best way is to hide as much as you can away from the Italian authorities and pay tax on the rest. Surely you must have a tax allowance in Italy? It's very risky to avoid paying tax completely and if you get it wrong you could be doing time for a while......but you won't have to pay tax there, call it a tax break if you like lol.

Hong Kong is a way better, You can offshore company there, It is tax free for international trade. I'm also going to open my company in HongKong in few months.

Thanks

70% tax?
WTF! Can't be true man...

It's not.

I'm not sure where the OP gets his numbers from - the only thing I can think is that he is adding the Corporate Tax rate to the maximum Income Tax rate, which would be around 70%.

But even that's not correct, as salaries are an expense, so are deducted.

Hong Kong isnt first choice anymore.

I guess all those CFOs of global banking institutions are idiots.

They moved already to another asian financial center which is way more safe and where you have to pay 0% tax too

Hong Kong is still very much the first choice for financial institutions in Asia.

Sure, lots of institutions have operations in other financial centres like Singapore, but HK is by far the biggest.

I lived in Hong Kong for years and have a lot of friends who still live over there (many of them are in the finance sector) and there are very few leading banks who do not operate there.

I've done some research on this a few months ago.

My suggestion for when you find a good option. F*** these taxes. MOVE.
Most of the country's leaders just look for ways how to extort more money from you so they can buy better villas.
Sadly afaik EU is not an option. You will just pay double taxes.
There are always better options.

(This rule applies for most of the EU maybe even the world I'm not sure. It is so for some countries that I'm 100%)
Move or at least register in another country
(if you don't 'live' in your country for more than half a year or more in some countries you won't have to pay taxes in your home country).

Go for an offshore company. HK, Belize, Seychelles are good options.

People are too hesitant opening a new offshore company because they hear about them on TV and local media makes
it look like its illegal. It's not. Not paying taxes is. You already have some great suggestions how to 'legally' avoid them.

You know when you open a company to play with taxes you don't just watch at status quo but look forward for atleast 10-20 years depending how long your tax department can catch your balls for tax fraud .
HK is still a financial big player thx to china who uses HK to gain western capital for their own economy. But that wont change the fact that the new financial center will be Singapore. Its already a known fact and you can already see for years big companies and gold reserves from all over the world moving to singapore.
The prediction is extremly important because as a good example is Panama which was an offshore heaven.Since 1-2 years its under US administrativ control which means sooner or later all data will be provided to the US and their partnership countries.
HK is controlled by china but dont expect that the fight between them about the world leadership and currency makes a diffrence that both are coworking to control their citizens.China will only provide as long protection as long the war for worldleadership hasnt ended

I don't understand why would your local govts catch you when you got a company abroad? You're free to have a company anywhere if you got a passport, and if you pay taxes for the company's income at the company's tax jurisdiction, 0% in HK and Singapore's case, you got to pay taxes only on your dividents that you draw to your home country right? You keep all your money in the company's account in HK and what govt outside HK is going to put you in trouble for? Its the company's money and the company is out of your home country's jurisdiction, right?

Look at Cyprus who has a double tax treaty with Italy, so you can avoid to pay corporate tax in Italy if you setup your company in Cyprus the right way. To get the money out of a Cyprus company is very easy (also if done right) so it's not really difficult regardless what others say! You can PM me if you want more help.

1.Jurisdiction is a tuff question since everything is changing quick.I dont know if you heard about TiPP and that nortern american will join with EU into one econemy.
Next US has most of the countries in their countrol meaning US jurisdiction is working there too and if EU joins in 2015 with northern america its quite possible that european country can also use this power.

2.Depending on you it can be legal but it doesnt need to.If you open a company in HK and really life most of the time in HK its 100% legal but if you just open a company there like in most cases and keep your living center the same as it is you are forced to pay taxes in your home country even your company is located in HK.They can't do anything against your company but they can get your balls as their citizen.

Thats why i recommended to open a company in bulgaria and rent an appartment for 100 euro month where you will be legal registered so nobody can instantly check if you lived in Bulgaria or in your home country most of the time

Cyprus ?I guess this is a joke.Who is going to take the risk to put their money into a country which holds russian oligarchs money ?
If you want to be target #1 of the US go to cyprus and no your information is wrong if he takes money out of cyrpus living in italy he still needs to pay the equivalent of italys tax
