I was looking for all that stuff just now. I don't see an option for it as well. It could be the other 5% they are saying that is not finished yet.

Now we can post on "profile page" is it allowed to post links there? Affiliates? Also under "location" there can be a link to your homepage, is it allowed to advertise there now?
