Where to change signature under the new setup?

Can't see where to change my sig.

I was looking for all that stuff just now. I don't see an option for it as well. It could be the other 5% they are saying that is not finished yet.

Now we can post on "profile page" is it allowed to post links there? Affiliates? Also under "location" there can be a link to your homepage, is it allowed to advertise there now?
Just need to clarify before I or someone else gets slammed for lack of information.

Edit: I read the rules and I now realize that it is for Jr.VIP/Donor+ only.

Because it's only available for VIP/Premium members.
