What you want to do with this trafffic? Bought traffic is not a genuine traffic. If you have an e-commerce site and you want to sell your products, then this traffic can't help you any more. If you just want to promote your website, then buy traffic.

Yeah your best bet is to go through Google. Hitleap or similar sites are not worth it for the low quality traffic they bring.

I've bought traffic so to speak for social media profiles as in "Likes" to build up a following on sites like Instagram and Facebook. Adwords works like a charm and Yahoo/Bing does as well but less effective.
