    If you do not have a GoDaddy account just go to google and type in GoDaddy, there should be an Ad there for a .99 domain.

    No man. GoDaddy is good enough. You could also check out namecheap. You will not get cheaper than that and if you do, do not buy it. Domain names are literally the first step of a website and extremely important thus. Invest a bit. It's always worth it.

    GoDaddy coupons are all over the internet, you can find ton of them at 1.99 and 2.99

    I suggest (and I use) namecheap, because you should think not only of the price of the 1st year but also the price of following years.
    Namecheap domains cost around $10 for every year, other registrar like 1&1 give a discount for the first year, but the following years you will pay $16 for a .com or $18 for a .org domain.

    So, the best registrar depends of how many years you are planning to keep that domain
