Try to post job on websites like: picoworker, microworker. In job description, note your orders for comments. You can check the done jobs before paying.

I have not tried them for fb yet but smm.net has custom comments in different varieties. ID 716 and more under section "Facebook Comments"

not there, no. The minimum is 10, so you could manually dripfeed them, but I agree it is not ideal

I suggest if you have time then buy some accounts and do it manually. When you do all comments then it will look more genuine.
