i need a freelancer to create original and viral content related with my niches (soccer and car drivers), that will create pictures and sweepstakes
i tried upwork but doens't found people with real confidence

Seems like you just need to follow these accounts where you will find viral material in that niche. Then download the videos and images and overlay your account information. Just a thought. You can't really "create" viral content successfully every time, without exhausting all of your resources in such.

yes, this is right, but message them before posting and ask if you can use there content if you tag them etc
