With such a limited budget, you should consider moving to AI instead as it'd be near impossible to find a human writer willing to provide high-quality work at such low rates. If AI proves to be a headache for you then visit the Content / Copywriting section here on BHW, there are literally hundreds of top-level writers offering anything for everyone with varying levels of quality/budget.

I have hired from freelancer, fiverr, as well as from BHW. You can get decent writers from all of these sources but it is not guaranteed that you will get the right one at the very first time. It's better to check their content quality for the first few articles. Read word by word every article and check the plagiarism.

Being a writer is different from being a good niche writer. Anyone can write an article or two on a subject but producing high quality content regularly requires dedication and persuasion. The writer should have a real interest in crypto to deliver to your readers expectations. It won't be easy or cheap. All content providers I find on upwork and fiverr. Yes, I found some really good writers on fiverr but you need to test a lot of them before you find a good one.

Well you can find cheap workers on upwork odesk elance fiver but for this budget dont expect to have the best writers in the world .If you want amazing articles then you need o pay more
