Where do you hire full-time writers ?

Hello,

I am looking to hire someone who is going to have the role of a virtual assistant creating content to enhance my personal branding and posting it.

The subject is crypto and of course because it's ghostwriting, I need someone who is good so I don't have to double-check all the time.

I've seen some people very happy with their writers and paying them around 200$ per month for full time (I have higher budget, but just saying), I thought you had the worst quality for that price but I see it's more and more common, how do I find those golden nuggets ?

Where do you find such writers ? Fiverr ? UpWork ? Here ?

They probably mean $200 per 10 K words that they distribute throughout the entire month.

In my experience you won't get anyone decent for such budget, especially in crypto niche.. You are probably looking to pay $50-60 minimum per 1 K as the writer needs to be proficient in blockchain and familiar with lots of different aspects, otherwise they will rewrite articles and since they quite don't understand what they are rewriting then it gonna be a mess and the text will not flow. It's like a forced writing, part here, part there.. jumping around.

Well, if it's per word pricing, it's perfect for me but not too much for the writer, I just need someone to stay updated.
I need LinkedIn posts that are maybe 2-300 words, Telegram updates that are 50 words, bi-weekly newsletter that is 500-700 words.
It's not that much words if you add it at the end of the month, but the issue is finding someone who can do it by themselves without me having to push them the news when it's out. So I prefer to pay someone fulltime or part-time just to get sure he is "here".

Where did you see such people and such writers?
200$ per month for writers is very small budget.

To answer your question, you need to decide on a ballpark budget for writer and then try finding them.
cheapest you will get at places like fiverr. With higher budget at upwork, bhw, linkedIn.
VAs don't work as writers but you never know. For Va's try Philippines va marketplace.
 
I've had good luck hiring people on reddit. [Mod edit] It can be hit or miss though. Expect a few duds before you find anyone good.

Just kidding. But hey, if your budget is that low, AI might be just the right way to go because see... No one especially a native English speaker will ever in their right mind accept $200 per 10,000 words. In fact quality well-thoughtful article isn't uncommon to go for the same $200 per 1k words these days. Maybe you should x10 your budget or go straight up use AI. Now, if you opt for the AI thing, don't just take its output as is, fact check it, modify it.

A quality one should take less than 5 minutes to modify their outputs per 1k words. 5 minutes for each 1,000 words x 10 = 50 minutes, still less than an hour to edit 10,000 words if you break down your workload bit-by-bit like that. So you'll have nothing to lose with your $200 at the end of the day, maybe even save a few bucks and have some coffee out of it.
 
Robots. They do a full-time writing job for me. And they do in better than 90% of those cheap writers

Out of curiosity, how much of the text passes plagiarism checks and how much time do you spend editing it? (Been looking into an AI writing program but still shopping around.)

It depends on the model you use and the depth of knowledge out there on a topic. I've never had any issues with plagarism, but it does take a good bit of editing if you want it to be money site content. But wayyy faster than writing from scratch.
 
with that budget better just use ai, than it make sense. no quality writer will acepet that price , if there is it will not hold for long before he/she leave.

for such little money you will not get good content
 
Search in BHW marketplace or post in Hire Freelancer section of BHW and if you are lucky you will find a great content writer at a reasonable pricing.
 
I had a few from India couple of years ago. found them decent at the time. I've moved to ai now.
