I use ionos and am happy with the service and uptime. I installed wordpress via cpanel and haven't looked back.

I have a top tier shared hosting plan from namecheap. I launch all websites on that plan and then eventually move them to a vps.

+1 for Namecheap hosting, that's what I used when I started. it's pretty good for the price, with black Friday approaching you could snag a great deal if you're willing to wait a month or so
