I usually create my own in Photoshop or buy them from Shutterstock. My website isn't full of articles though so I don't really need images.

I usually find my images using Google Images with the "labelled for reuse" filter enabled and then I edit the images using Photoshop or Illustrator. If you need any free vector images, you could download my Vector Package in the "Downloads - Graphic design" sub-forum.
Similar to this,however I use the advance search setting on Google and select under usage right - free to use or share, even commercially.
