Is the free online bank based in US?
Cause I thought for US bank account, you need to be physically present to open the account

I would also recommend payoneer as its safe and currency isn't converted so you don't need to worry for your money devaluation.

I am from a third world country and I have no problem receiving the cash in USD to my PayPal account. I think you just have to set it as the default currency.

You can stay with PayPal with no problem
  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click Money at the top of the page.
  3. Click Manage Currency.
  4. Choose the currency $ to make Primary
  5. Click Make Primary.
 
Maybe you can open USD account in your local bank (in Brazil) and just receive wire transfers there. It maybe the simplest solution.

1) Ask ogads to hold your money.
2) In the meanwhile, open a bank account offshore where you can store money in USD or relatively stable currency.
3) Add that account to your Paypal/Payoneer.
4) Ask ogads to release funds to PayPal/Payoneer.

Not possible! A lot of countries restrict holding money in USD

Mercury.io, though you may find limited use of it, but it should work to receive wires and of course keep your money in.

You could simply save your money on your mobile money account much better than the banks.Paypal and the rest can be limited depending on the country.Thats my choice but you can get the best.Good luck
 
If you can open an EU n26 account you can use it with ibani to save on currency conversions.
 
Never ever, like never, keep your money online. See the latest news regarding ePayments. Once you receive them, cash them out. If you want to store them taking a risk, go for Bitcoin.

Well, if you open a USD currency balance in your PayPal account, all future USD payments should go there and no conversion is done.

But maybe your country doesn't allow PayPal to let you hold money in a different currency.

My country (BR) blocked USD storage on Paypal..all money converts automatic to BRL
