Where can i sell white label or pre-made projects ?

Hey everyone, im sitting on few white label and pre made projects that are fully functional + detailed documentations.
the challenge is, they have zero metrics (no traffic, revenue, or backlinks to showcase).
is there a market for ready made projects without any history ?

That is a Flippa Blue Light Special... there are a bunch just like that for sale and, I assume they sell, as people continue to list them.
