You can still sell them on eb@y, but you'd have to list it as a cd that you'd send the customer.
After a purchase, you could then explain to the buyer that eb@y doesn't allow digital download items, so you had to list the ebook(s) as a cd, but hey, here's a download link so that you don't have to wait for the cd to arrive. Also, here's a bonus download link, hopefully it will satisfy you and I don't need to send out the cd, as we both know it's a waste of paper, stamp, etc. Please let me know if this is not satisfactory to you so I'll then send out the cd immediately.
This could potentially get you kicked off of ebay however.
