Where can I promote PPD files in order for them to be found by search engines?

I'm not sure as to where to post this, so I'll post here:

I have some files prepared for a PPD (Pay per download) scheme, before I used to promote them using torrent websites, but nowadays it's very hard to find a torrent website that allows registration.
I need to know: which alternatives can I take? Like, I could use websites like Mega, but they don't not list the files under a directory. I need the files to show up too, and to be found by search engines. Where can I promote them?

You can promote your files through file-sharing websites (such as Zippy share, Mediafire etc.) , document-sharing communities (like SlideShare, Scribd, Issuu or GitHub) social media platforms, and create a website or blog with optimized content for search engine visibility.

That website part is not effective. You first have to optimize the entire website for organic results, and that may never work as expected. The reason why I used torrent websites before was because everything published was almost instantly listed in Google and it received thousands or even millions of views.

I know this is hard, but not impossible. Plus it requires some budget. That's why I put it in the last. I wouldn't recommend it at the first place because there are better options available.

Promote on Youtube and Reddit.
