Where can I find a Whatsapp bulk bot ?

I've scraped around 1000 phone numbers, now I need to send a message to every single one of them on Whatsapp.
I found a thing called "wabot" but it doesn't work and idk why.

Most of the available programs are too sketchy and most are scanned by whatsapp itself to find the bulk messaging methods to prevent them. Even if you find a good application you need around 10 numbers(Virtual or standard) to send them separately from each of the 10 numbers to prevent them from getting banned. Also keep in mind to change your IP each time.
