Where can I buy a Script (php) for a Site I want to Start?

Can anyone point me in the direction of where I can buy a simple "post your content" script or get it coded at a reasonable price?

I looked in the Marketplace under Web Design and it's mostly WP designs and made-for-adsense sites.

It could be here on BHW or off site.

Just type social media or something similar. I believe there is a category there called social media. Make sure you are looking for scripts in the PHP scripts section.
