I usually blast out emails at noon, expecting clients within the same timezone to read my emails right after their lunch. What about you?
What time do you usually send emails?

It's been a while since I sent an active email campaign.

My list contained users from the United States and Canada. I am from India, so I scheduled my campaigns at 8.00PM IST to that my users got the mail 10.00 AM or 10.30 AM.

Depending on the local time, sending emails before noon is always more effective.

I have noticed the emails which are sent in the morning around 10 to 10.30 Am local timings have given good results. Keep experimenting with the timings till noon. Choose which time actually works for you. By the way which tool you are using for this? I bought MailEngine just a few months back. The inboxing rates improved after I started using it. It has an in-build spam word filter and content and URL spinner which helps in good deliverability. Check it out!

The best time to send an email depends on your audience. You'll need to consider time zones, work schedules, and when people are most likely to check their email. In general, though, there are a few times that tend to be better than others for sending email campaigns:
  • - Early morning: Emailing early in the day can be a great way to reach people who check their email first thing in the morning.
  • - Mid-day: Noon is often an excellent time to send an email, as many people take a break from work to check their inboxes.
  • - Late afternoon/evening: The end of the day can be an excellent time to send an email, as people often check their email one last time before heading off for the night.

Of course, these are just general times that work well for email. The best way to find out what works best for your audience is to experiment at different times and see when you get the best results.
