Market as a whole today is kinda shitty, I don't know what happened since the expectations were positive. BTC reached $111k a few hours ago and lost $8k since then, most altcoins remain red, hard to understand

Both are at discount now compared to their all time high, both will get promotion till next 28days minimum probably since then only their team can profit as their wallets get unlock by contract
except obviously they would have used other non affiliate looking members to buy low from market and sell when high too but that is not exactly usable since if found out they would have legal implications as it violated public trust as a public official
which is why it is in their best interest to promote the legal gains from the two coins

They are both safe I think. Binance futures launched their perpetual contracts already. A pump could still happen when the entire cryptocurrency market is bullish.

Melania coin not enough promo from her and no easy way to buy it also, she should have listed it at least 5 days after Trump coin then her coin would have got lot more investors
