Market as a whole today is kinda shitty, I don't know what happened since the expectations were positive. BTC reached $111k a few hours ago and lost $8k since then, most altcoins remain red, hard to understand

Melania coin not enough promo from her and no easy way to buy it also, she should have listed it at least 5 days after Trump coin then her coin would have got lot more investors

When you make a coin on pump fun it asks you if you would like to purchase % of the supply.
Many devs keep 5-10% before releasing it to the public.
Just as many devs also sell their tokens as soon as the coin starts getting buys as now the % they decided to keep is worth more.
