Can someone just lay out the facts for me like I'm 5 pls?!

I'm trying to conduct business here and talk to suppliers -- I ask them to send me PMs, they say SENT! but alas no messages in my inbox?

What am I missing? Do I need to upgrade? Make a human sacrifice?

Try increasing your post counts with valuable info -
 
Never with that attitude, you'll end up with a ban!!
 
Might be you have exceeded total number of Messages in your folder , Try to delete some message from Inbox .
 
Just ask how to invest 10K $ and you'll have enough PM's.
