I'm trying to conduct business here and talk to suppliers -- I ask them to send me PMs, they say SENT! but alas no messages in my inbox?

What am I missing? Do I need to upgrade? Make a human sacrifice?

Might be you have exceeded total number of Messages in your folder , Try to delete some message from Inbox .
