When Will Google Die?

Google is not a GOD
they are trying to make a Facebook Alernative of Google but all efforts failed

Google is too Big to Sink
But tomorrow there will be a Google Real competitor in market and that will happen sooner

Any company operating with almost "momopoly" sized market sharte in a free market has a shelf life as number 1.
Even Coke has to share (and now represents barely 48% of all cola drinks and under 35% of all sodas)

Google isn't a monompoly, and it's working at an almost monopoly level market share.
That's a vaccum situation where year on year the pressure just builds up and up.
Already more social searches are done on Facebook than Google (though social searches are a waste of time for most marketing types)

One corporate feck up
One company neating them to a major new innovation that everyone just loves

No-one (well not 99.999% of people) has any emotional attachment to Google what-so-ever.
If they are scandalized, or found lacking when another SE comes with a better system or new idea.
They could be gone in the 10 seoconds it takes to change the default search engine settings in your browser

IBM, Myspace, Ford motor company, Commodore, British Steel ...... Household names - untouchable - now a shadow of their former selves.

NB I'm talking about NONE MONOPOLY MARKETS only here - and no business entity in the history of all business has kept an 80% + market share in a none monopoloy market for 20 years. Google won't break that rule

Scritty

Excellent point, scritty. I only wish for the best of man kind, to have a world free of monopole and dependencies of ANY kind. I'm an observer, just like you, and cannot not notice history repeating itself over and over and over again.
Brands come and go. They grow, reach a peak and fall. Until the next "best thing". And then again... :)

Everywhere you look, there is Google. There is something wrong in this picture, dont you think?
You have GoogleMail. GooglePlay, GooglePlus,GoogleVideo, GoogleMaps....

Next GoogleBabies? GoogleMind? GoogleThought?

How about buying a GoogleCoke under a GoogleSun?

Thats the world you want your kids to live in? :)

Make a community on some village and live without google, raise your children there, and your problems are solved :)

have you been scroogled lately..? Microsoft wants you to share your experience at scroogleddotcom!

I totally disagree with people who say it will neva die !!!!
ANYTHING dies ! it's the life ....... It's just matter of time

Birth ---> Evolve ---> Civilization ---> Weakness ---> Die

But anyway , I don't think it will happen anytime soon :)

People have been following this receipt for thousand of years now, it must work since we are all here lol :)

Why is everyone so worried about Google. If Google dies use that as an opportunity to become the next search engine LOL but seriously there is bing, yahoo and many more that would take the advantage to become bigger and do what Google did.

Worries create stress. Stress creates Illnesses. Illnesses lead to death. Why be worried?

Don`t worry, be Happy!
:)

Google is not going to go anywhere too soon, but I also like the idea that somebody is nipping at their a$$..

Google has establish itself in such a dominating position that thinking of internet without it will be just like
thinking of life without Water and Air.
One can Imagine its domination with the fact that Google chrome was able to gain considerable market share from once a market leader IE mainly because of it's backing i.e. Google Inc.

I am into internet marketing but now my first priority is to drive direct visitor rather than relying on Google. I've already started thinking that Google is dead just the like theory of December 2012 and i would tend to agree that they are growing massively. IMO they are trying to capture every product market where they can money. I just hope they don't start selling baby products :P
