The Instagram sometime popup email verify
and some time popup phone verify
So I want know when it will these two verify happen
I want phone verify popup rather than email verify

Your are not in position to choose. Instagram tells you what they want you to verify, a not the inverse.

I am getting 100% phone verification since couple of months, email verification only on account registration

Not sure, but i think instagram want to cut spammers
