Just wait let the site age , do some social sharing in meanwhile get google notice you via content and signals then after 2 months you would be good to go .

Not at all, even google limit test your website for 2-3 months, why try to manipulate google, if you don't even know what you need to.

if your website pages are indexed so you can go for link building, start with a few unique blog comment backlinks.

Google starts to let a new domain into search results without links a month after first indexing (by low-competitive keywords). His algorithm considers that during this time site will be made, filled with first content and visitors should see it. I think this is the best time to start building backlinks, not strong ones.

It is always advised to create a good amount of content for at least 2-3 months before you start to make backlinks. However, you can start sharing your articles on social media and forums as soon as you create your content.

Don't wait for the age to come. Just upload some quality content, let it index first, and then start building links.

Don't go for the backlinking without having strong and user-friendly content. Your links are just a wastage for you in this situation.
In my opinion, give your site proper one to three months and only do on-page and create great engaging content on high volume keywords for your website. I hope if everything goes right, your will be at top page on SERPS.
Then, you should have to start backlinking and collecting votes for your website to rank on top.
If you start making your visitors happy, the google will make you happy.

When you start building links after buying a new domain, it's best to start 3–4 months after you purchase it. When you post content on your blog, your ranking is always positive. You can, however, prevent Google from spamming your domain. You can get excellent results after 3–4 months of link building.

Start with a small number of links and social media.
When doing a new project myself, I put up a website, add some articles and leave it up for a few months. But if it was my only project I wouldn't wait so long.
