you should wait for 2-3 months until you can share your article on social media like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc..
 
You can build some basic backlink at the beginning. After 3-4 month you can do some guest post or HARO backlink.
 
After reading all the responses above it is clear that people have divided opinions on this.

However, pls note that it will not be a good practice to start building links immediately. First you have to get good content on your site. Once that content is crawled, then you can start slowly.

It should take a month or two. Meanwhile there is no harm in sharing content on social media.
