When is it ideal to make a PBN to your website? Before link building, after, right in the beginning of your SEO campaign? thoughts?

SEO campaign need some ages and links. Sure it's after most of the time. Before links building, start to make PBN will
beat a website to death. Just like overdosed.
Dilute link profile first for safety; then add several strong links. I like 4 pbn links, usually it's my favorite number.

Build your PBN slowly, this way PBN is safe from the very beginning. But, as Joseph said, use another backlinks too, to avoid any footprints.

If your website is new I would use web2.0 or web directories for anchor diversification, and then use PBN posts with drip feed (1-2/day) to increase the rankings on the interested keywords

Build your pbn very slowly. and not build them for full new launched site. I am starting to use pbn myself but my site is 3+ months old.
