When & How did you make your 1st Dollar$$ Online?

There was a huge media hype here in Iceland about a cryptocurrency called "Auroracoin," and so i looked into it when it came out and it turns out that due to it's hype - it's prices were skyrocketing on altcoin exchange sites like poloniex.
The deal was that the developer of Auroracoin would release a certain amount of Auroracoins to every single Icelanic person - and it was marketed in such a way as to give the currency the impression it was going "to the moon," and that we - the Icelandic people would be the first nation to switch over entirely to a cryptocoin system - and even the central bank here made press releases - foreign media also got hold of the hype and it was a crazy price inflation that occurred in just a matter of days, and then of course the prices plummeted as all the Icelandic people were selling their share of the loot for like $50 a pop.
I was one of the people buying up these shares - around 23 auracoins per person for $50 and selling them back on Poloniex for around $200 the first couple of days after it's release.
Made around $1000 from this and it opened my eyes for the first time - made me see that money can be made with "intelligent" work if you know what you're doing.

Mine was from Fiverr at the end of 2014 where I earned 4$ for creating a video Intro for someone.. I still remember the day.

Made $110 on ebay selling DLC for a halo game using a GPS faker and pictures of product from google. Almost the easiest money I've come across. Would have kept doing it if ebay didn't get upset.

Nice thread. My first time making money online was when I first sold something on an R/C (Radio Control) Hobby forum. It was so long ago but I'd say it was under $200.00 and from that point forward a lot of the money I've made online was either on other related forums or on eBay which I still make a buck or two but with how high their final value fees are now-a-days its hard to make much profit selling on there.

I think it was a cheque from that site "Treasure Trooper" (don't know if it's still around) when I was quite young. Basically, you sign up for all this stuff and the site makes money from the advertisers, and then they split it with you, lol. It was like 40 bucks or something, but it felt magical to make money and not have worked a normal job for it. Of course, all of the spam and junk mail that followed wasn't too awesome.
