When & How did you make your 1st Dollar$$ Online?

Crazy how things change.. Now you can get that for under $5.
By writing. Back in the day (circa 2005) when they paid $35 for 300 words and $45 if you included images in the post. Did loads of those technology articles.

In 2002 I sold my downline in some get paid to click program for $35 on ebay. Never made any money with actually clicking on the ads, although I was clicking away for months. I still wonder how come I didn't have anything better to do back then.

I believe it was on oDesk doing some lowly freelancer stuff, quite a while back.

Aww, you just took my emotions up and then down lol. But really that would just show me that its possible to get sales and it would make me work on the reason for the refund and then cut that down to a minimum.
my first $4 was like 1.5 years ago via fiverr.

I jumped off the bed when i saw the that first sale lol, too bad it got refunded.

But yea, that feeling :)

In 2014 with CPA, one of my friends was doing CPA and he thought me the basics, the rest is history as they say

Why the hell I did not think of getting in IM earlier..? So much opportunities missed. My first legit IM earnings would be commission for a sold hookah. 13.10$. Happened 2 months ago. Did not hit treshold ever since. So the first money I got to my PayPal came in early 2013's, I used to steal game items and sell them as my own. I do not do this shit anymore, trying to make a stable income using whitehack methods. No luck, did a journey of mine if somebody's interested lol.

I don't remember that site. I'm guessing it was an exchange site where people signed up under each other for different offers.
2007... Freebie trading on the freelunchroom... The site is down now so no need to worry about posting it here. Made 400 to 500 a month at my peak then it just went to hell.

Hey good for you.. that's a nice start.
First real $$$ i have ever made online was from fiverr 3 months ago, made $40 in the first month and $100 last month, and it is steadily increasing.
Now i have an empty website, an amazon affiliate account and an adsense account ,but i don't know what my website should be about....been stuck here for a month.

I made it with adsense 3 years ago. I had a website with fashion niche :) The first time is always the best.

Now that's a story I like. It's always good to hear someone quiting their day job to better self sustaining life. A lot of people don't know but there are actually real data entry jobs available online where they can actually receive a paycheck.
Way back 2012, out of curiosity I decided to try doing freelance jobs. My first online income is a $5 pay for a data entry work that I did for a client. I started to learn and 4 months after, I quit my full time day job and switched to full time freelance work. The story goes on until I came to know IM and other stuff online and the rest is history. :)

Still havent made that much money onine, except through my store. The one and only thing.

Yeah that's a really nice paycheck and that method was gold back then but I would never get into it.
Early 2000s. Had a website with screenshots from softporn movies and used some PPC network. Dont remember. First paycheck $102. :D

When I was like 14 years ago I used to create Squidoo lenses and simple blogger websites for the massive products launches going on every week. Stuff like "the rich jerk" or google sniper. Back then it was super easy to rank any website for specific longtail keywords, and through basic seo could get the pages to rank on page 1 or 2. When I started doing this before a product would launch (like JV Notify Pro) months in advance, and had the site ranked with some "review" or something, it was easy to pull $500-5000 in affiliate commissions for the launch. It was a rather large amount of work to do on a weekly basis, especially managing rankings and making sure you were on at least page 2 otherwise it would be worthless. Still, I was a 15 year old with a 30k bank account. My inspiration has since faded. Its much harder nowadays.

That's good and sad. How did they catch you? When they asked you to verify your account?
Started selling on Ebay when I was 14 about 4 years ago, Made about $600+ a month and got banned for being under age :P

I'm working on a thread about that because there's a much better way, that I've found to make money from banners.
Ten years ago, selling banners on my site.
