When creating a backlink on WEB2.0 (medium, telegra etc), can I create a backlink from the same IP using multiple accounts?
I am using multiple Google accounts because I think multiple niches will apply when using the same account.
Just in case, I am logging in and posting one from the general tab and the other from the secret tab.

I'm using NORDVPN. Do I always have to post a different IP?

And in my experience, when I created a blog on WORDPRESS.COM and BLOGGER and wrote a post, DA and PA were set to 1. Aren't these WEB2.0 high quality?

You'll need to use proxies for such links,
Each account should be created from different proxy,
Backconnect rotating proxies are good to go, they won't cost as much,
Basically, you'll need a different email and different proxy to create multiple account/link in each platform,
So, you can use the same proxy and email for multiple platforms, but can't use them for the exact same platform

Things goes beyond PA,
Moz metrics are way outdated,
these links aren't that high quality most of time,
they're kind of spammy, all depends on your approach

You can use GSA to create links to these web 2.0s, there are a ton of tutorials online, make some researchs
