Each license is valid for one PC only. Licenses are non-transferable and cannot be reset, cancelled, or moved to another device, including in cases where the original device is sold, lost, damaged, formatted, replaced, or is no longer accessible. A new license must be purchased for use on another PC.

Your account was temporarily deactivated while the matter was being reviewed. It has now been reactivated, and you can access your account and download your purchased product again.

Your lifetime license has not been cancelled. However, please note that the license remains valid for the original PC only, in accordance with the licensing terms accepted at purchase. The account access and the device license are two separate matters.
