Whatsapp api business advices

Hello guys! First i'm sorry for my english, is not my first language(and this is a reason for that i avoid to engage in discussions here).
I'm experienced webdeveloper and i want to start a business selling whatsapp api services. I will sell whatsapp numbers with possibility to create marketing campaigns, autoresponder bots, send direct whatsapp messages through api,etc
Practically i'm gonna create an whatsapp api service and my fear is that i can get sued by whatsapp because they have their paid business api's and i'm a blackhat competition for them.
Now i want your opinion guys about how many chances are to get sued by them ?
L.E: i found this kind of services on 2 platforms, twillio(that use whatsapp business api from what i understand from their site) and chat-api that seems to not use the whatsapp business api. I'm not affiliated in any way with this 2 platforms, just giving you as an example!
