What's your weakness?

Should I be glad that my original post triggered him to make his first post in BHW..?

I've noticed you've been here for 14 years and only made 1 valid post.

As it turns out, you've been procrastinating too much.

Btw, my weakness. Don't touch my dog!!!

I would like to get one of these...

-Not able to do all the things I planned.
- being too nice to clients.
- don’t know what to wish in life other than money.

Forgetting to live my teachings and talking about teachings too much.

1. Not giving up my sleep at the mornings till 10 AM.
2. Procrastination.
3. My intrusive thoughts.
Your weakness is not understanding the chaos. It's not possible to be fully in control. Trying to do so will lead to seeing not fully controlled behavior as a weakness.

You can focus on controlling thoughts, emotions and reducing errors.
This is the weakness of all people - not controlling their thoughts well enough and doing "negative thinking".
Your points are negative. :)

If you learn to control your thoughts and emotions enough, you'll be able to sleep even 4 hours a day when it's needed. But that's the power of mindset. Not many see that. Mindset is something you build over time - it's like engineering your mind.

Joke apart, it's overthinking and giving a fck.
I was thinking, thinking, thinking until I saw what it does.

Then I wrote this thing as general guidelines to reduce this "extreme amount of thoughts":
- To assume that a word has only one meaning at a time.
- Not to think excessively.
- To practice looking at words and expressions in a positive way.
- To not be vulgar.
- Not to be afraid of words.
- Not to demonise words.
- To work out how one understands a word if something hurts.
- To talk to the therapist about how to conduct therapy.
- Not to imagine the therapist, but to contact him/her more often by phone and email.
- To use the most literal words possible.
- Not to play with words.
- Not to use absolute perspectives when there is no need.
- To plan the day instead of doing everything.
- Don't invent new things. Practice what is already known and effective.
- To practice what makes the most sense in the moment.
- To keep a clear mind. To always remember what a word means in a given context.
- Not to recall things semantically or lexically related to a word.
- To think only about what is being talked about.
- Only talk about what is being talked about.
- Always write on topic. Do not change the subject.
- Not to change the tone of the speech to another because of a word that is associated with something.
- Limit word associations.
- Do not imagine words or things or people when communicating and thinking.
- Take care of perceptual clarity.
- Take care of the unambiguity of statements and thoughts.
- To practise positive thinking and love towards real people, not imaginations.
- Not to mix perspectives.
- Take care to inhibit thoughts and words. Not to allow words to travel after words and imaginations.
- Not to imagine things seen visually.
- Not to transfer the real world into the imagination.
- To imagine only what is desired.
- To try to see only what is in front of us and to think about what we have in mind.
- To practice mind meditation without thoughts and imaginations and emotions.
- To remember that I may suffer from disorders.
- Not to stimulate my nervous system excessively.
- To use anti-anxiety medication.

And another one you don't take time to fix some stuff like putting commas and punctuation correctly. If you have money or can access healthcare, consider talking to a psychologist who'll help you find out the true reasons. It will take you months of work, but then you'll have new ways of seeing things.
