As we all probably spend a lot of time on the computer (I'm UBotting pretty much constantly), I have found it gets harder and harder to relax - because I *used* to think of my computer as a place to relax. But now whenever I'm there I'm checking email, writing, answering questions, etc. I can't watch TV for more than 30 minutes most of the time, because I get bored, so it doesn't feel like real relaxation. Even going out with friends or spending time with family I usually feel a desire to be working instead. So, just wondering what you all do to unwind and chill out after work or on the weekend. How do you get out of your own head?
