15 year old glenfiddich on the rocks,

or an ice cold corona or heineken

Mines absinthe. Pretty much all those top shelf spirit thingies. Whats yours bhw?

If I'm thirsty, Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. With dinner, red wine - a California Cabernet, or if I am feeling extravagant a really good French wine. After dinner a single malt scotch from Islay or a plantation rum. By the pool on a hot day gin and tonic.

I like drinks with some bitterness (tannin, acid, hops, peat smoke etc) to them. Anything that is too sweet I tend to drink like it is soda and get wasted.

Hmm, gunna have to try that Johnny Walker, too many of you like it.
Me, I go for the whimpy stuff. Jack Daniel's Down Home Punch and White Russians ( Vodka,Kahlua and Cream). Yuuummm :tee:

Too bad alcohol shrinks your brain.. :(

Bacardi Light, fresh lime juice and simple syrup. Yumm.

Or Glenfiddich with a splash of water.

Long Island Tea...absolutely the best. But be very careful. They are SOOO smooth and tasty you can get carried away real quick...then you'll REALLY get carried away. And I agree with "lokiceo" coffee is right up near the top.

campari with sparkling water
dalwhinnie or glenmorangie straight
good wine
good beer

Hennessey... come on... it's good enough for KimJongIl... it's good enough for me... although I suspect I'm drinking the peasant grade cognac as his bottles seem to cost upward of $700.

If in Asia then loads of Chang beer, or Singhaha, Tiger... but the coolest beer bottle I ever saw comes from India - both clear and green bottles - Bullet beer has a variable alcohol rating... someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I recall it states something like this "Alcohol Content between 5 & 8%" - makes it harder to forcast when you'll be drunk ;)

The craziest tasting spirit I ever had:
Myanmar - some home brewed "Sky Beer" which is really "fermenting" (cuz it's still cranking) palm juice or something that most Westerners refuse to stomach - I somehow did it, b/c a buddy of mine, a Buddhist monk, was downing it streetside... so how could i refuse!??! I was quite fearful that I'd become violently ill... but I lucked out.
