I have my own personal concoctions, most of which contain gin.

My standby is a gin & amaretto. Discerano(sp?) does a good job of neutralizing the bite of gin. It is way better with Tanqueray though. Need to try it with Tanqueray 10th now...

Another of my favorites is my XGK:
1 part blue curacao
1 part triple sec
1 part gin
2 parts blueberry Stolichnaya vodka

Tastes great. It has a citrus flavor to it. Be careful when making it though. It should be like a sapphire blue. If it's a dark blue, it too much curacao and will taste very alcohol-like.:yield:
