So far I've found 3 methods working for indexing issues.
- Using google API with rank math to index it fast.
- Getting a google news approval for the site.
- Doing some foundation backlinks through social media and forums (good work on posting it here).

500K is a big number, are those PAA pages and on a single or multiple sites?
Blast those pages with xrumer, gsa ser, scrapebox and any other spam tool you find over the web

If this is normal content, then you need quality links. If it is copyscape or spin, then it may never be indexed at all.

indexing api just let us 200 index requests per day
