What’s your average DR target for tier-1 links?

I was actually wondering the same thing since I just started my first blog a few weeks ago. It is really confusing knowing what to aim for so I am glad you asked.

Anything with a DR of 50 and above is already good, but what’s more important is to avoid PBNs, irrelevant websites, and sites with no traffic.
 
Your right about the DR 50+ . Also, in point of view if the PBNs are from good source without the high spam score can be condiderd to go .

For tier-1 links I usually aim for DR 40 to 60 because that range tends to offer solid authority without inflated metrics. Higher DR can help but relevance and traffic have given me more consistent gains than DR alone.
 
I usually target Tier backlinks with DR 50-80+ but relevance and traffic matter just as much as DR for results
