So a huge rollercoaster up n down in my life today due to which i decided to quit a couple of things:(. I have a backup to atleast float the boat but im thinking of registering and running an agency now.

What are the advices you would suggest to avoid some holes, or to specifically target to atleast reduce the chances of failing. :anyway:

Ps: I know learning comes from failure but I'd like to seek some advice rather, it can be anyrhing in general for a digital Marketing agency , and i was waiting for the weekend to ask this question as well ;)

Thanks in advance

On YouTube, there are quite a few good videos on this subject. It's worth checking them out.
A post cannot detail all the dos and don'ts without knowing your budget, expertise, etc. :)

Keep your current income before you start running your own biz.

Don't give up, failures happen to everyone, the main thing is to believe that everything will work out

A couple of tips:

1 - Have a primary source of revenue/income and make your IM projects your secondary source (for starters).
2 - Elaborate a detailed plan about your project (get pre-made solutions for issues that might appear), test everything & automate it the most to be less time/resource consuming possible
3 - Before launching your project, have sure everything is working properly and test again.
4 - Over Delivery to your costumers, make them happy. You have a bigger cost finding new costumers than retaining the existent ones.

Note: Even with a lot of preparation, issues appear when we don't expect so be ready to find solutions.

The only advice I can give. Don't stop taking the right risks in the right place. Good luck
