What's wrong with Google Indexing API?

I added my websites to Google Index with help Google Indexing API. But they stopped being added at about Oct. 21. I found the news about "Request Indexing Feature": https://www.techradar.com/news/goog...st-popular-seo-features-ahead-of-black-friday But it's function in Search Console (it's irrelevant to Google Indexing API). Or Was it turned off too? Do you work with Google Indexing API? Does it work with your websites now?

Currently, the Indexing API can only be used to crawl pages with either JobPosting or BroadcastEvent embedded in a VideoObject

I know it. But it worked 4 month (5-6 websites used it) and than it stopped working. Did you use google indexing api?

I wonder what is happening with google indexing, my site used to index very fast, but now I can't get my pages indexed after a week. New site indexed almost instantly after add it to search console, I didn't even submit a sitemap to that site, but was indexed in a day or so.

What exactly are you trying to index though? Like Sir Louen said it's only working for Job Listings and Broadcast video stuff at the moment.

As you said it's only working for Job Listings and Broadcast video - and yes, google makes some experiments with core update.

Needless to say, this kind of "hijacking" will not last very long (if it still works). Google actively fights against this kind of practice.
