What’s up with Instagram? Account keeps getting compromised...

Hi, so I can’t even do any manual actions on my account, I do follows manually only 50-150 per day & i get the message that my account is compromised and they force me to change my PW

Anyone with the same problem? -,-

Yes, they do not want you doing this. Or using 3rd party software to do it for you.

They will eventually ban you if you continue.

Best practice would be to reduce the amount of people you are following. (I think 50 is way too much)

OR

If you still want the big growth, create multiple accounts within the same niche and have them become your main source rather than just one. (Then you can follow lets say 10 per day each account bringing to 100 (If you had 10 accounts)
