The sites are all CPA and get you to perform certain actions to get the pp generator so they get paid but you don't actually get to download the generator as it's non existent. Or worse con men will offer to sell it to you they take your money and disappear. Lodgicly think about it how would a PayPal money generator work? Where would the money come from? Why would anyone offer to sell it or share it if it was real the need to sell it would be non existent as you could just genatate more PayPal money rather than sell copys copy's of the program. On here it's a joke but on the web it's a massive con to trick desperate people
