Suddenly, my open rates have dropped from an average of 50+% to barely 25%. I still have a 8.9/10 score from mail-tester, but I know for a fact a substantial percentage of my emails are not inboxxing. You can just feel it - when you've been running the same script, selling the same service, and making bank then out of nowhere everything slows down to almost a halt. Using a personal gmail or a custom domain through workspace doesn't seem to make much of a difference (actually the custom domain preforms slightly worse...)

Let's make this a thread we can all benefit from.

I wanna hear your A-Z cold email solutions to land in that shiny inbox.

I'm honestly doubtful there is any "method" that works to consistently inbox, but if there is, I would literally pay somebody at this point just for offering actionable insights.

Before you offer some cliche answer to boost your post count - please, for everybody's benefit, understand that...

NO I am not emailing uncleaned lists.
NO I am not sending cookie-cutter emails - all of my messages are highly personalized and filled with value.
NO I am not blasting out insane volume - we're talking 150, maybe 200 emails a day.
NO I am not sending from email addresses that aren't sufficiently warmed up.

Given the above information, anybody with half a brain would say "gee, well by following those steps, OP should be inboxxing!"

Yeah, no shit.

So what gives?

What do you mean by "personalized and filled with value"? Is it personalization at scale - where a list has been segmented well enough to the point that recipients don't think you're spamming everybody? Or does that mean that each person is receiving a different email?

A few points:
- 150-200 emails per mailbox is a lot. Used not to be, but nowadays, I limit my sending to 50 emails per mailbox.
- Are you using a link in your copy or signature (this might be flagged)?
- Have you set up your SPF, DKIM & DMARC records for each mailbox?
- Which mailing service are you using (Google, Zoho, Outlook?)

From experience, Google doesn't inbox well in Outlook. But Outlook inboxes well in Google. Most mailing services inbox best if their platforms match (so Google -> Google, Zoho -> Zoho). So it might be worth trying "Provider matching" feature from Smartlead/Instantly.

- What service are you using for warmup?
- Are you leveraging spyntax?

If you're using your own SMTP server, maybe your IP is blacklisted/flagged.

Did you try to change your emails subject and body?

Do you send always the same link?

If you're doing B2B, it's better to send the link after replies.

What do you use for warm-ups?
