301 redirect from high PR domain is the fastest way to get high PR. Just buy a PR 6 domain and do 301 redirect and you will get PR 6!

Pretty much but it aint easy/cheap to pick up a PR6 domain

Well, To Make Web 2.0 Private Network with PR..You need few things clear..1st, Regular Update Unique content for web 2.0 like 1 per week for 2 Months..2nd you will need Wiki Links, Bookmarks and Do make them Index with Paid services you like..3rd you can go for Blog comments if you have scrapebox or you can do manual too..
3rd is to wait..
