What's the difference between a $200 press release and $5 press release?

The differences are listed below which seem to be nearly correct, there can be +-1-2 out of 100.

The buyer which has less money goes to buy $5 press release. So does he rank ? It depends on the believe he has on his seo and not the hope on the number and quality of the backlinks.

The buyer which has more money buys $200 press release. Does he rank? Pretty much yes with the low to medium competition keyword on page 1-3. This is because this buyer has the trust that spending more money would rank his website and he does not have any idea what is SEO. If he had the idea how to rank websites then he must be heading towards the cheaper source and he knows that links are links whether you buy from a $5 seller or a $200 seller. There is a saying in URDU which pretty much translates to this : Bigger the shop > higher the prices and quality is ok without any flaws.

Advice to the link buyers : Just learn seo and buy cheap links and better spend part of the earnings on donations as well. Putting all the belief on money ain't correct. Ask the one who lost the money and came to the footpath. (Just a warning to avoid bad days).

Wow! As long as people believe and spread this misinformation then it should be easier for the rest of us that know quality beats quantity.

Press Release links are completely useless in my experience in terms of rank gains...

$200 is a more expensive one than the $5 one.

A $200 press release should obviously offer you more value with backlinks from more authoritative sources, however, this may not always be the case as sometimes you may not see any difference between a $200 and a $5 press release. So, learn more about the service and its provider before going for it.

The difference is $4 and $195

The seller on fiverr made $4 when I bought his press release.

I made $195 when I sold the press release to you :)

Y'all come back now Ya hear!

Only did that a dozen times though. Felt so bad that I only charge $199 now.

To be exact the guy who sold it for 200 probably spend a fiverr on the writing and another fiver on fiverr then some processing fees of lets say 3-4% in the end he made 182 still a lot smarter than the fiverr guy that took his order from the other order that he got. shits real

That's not really true. If you're getting paid well, you usually want to do it right for future business. Most farmers bid low and have someone at fiverr do it but they work in volume not high priced content. They sell cheap "US" services and then farm it out.

I would have to say that $200 one is going to be better and higher quality. There may not be anything wrong with the $5 one, but if you pay more, you should expect more.

I see some $200 press release packages. All they can guarantee is that you can get onto Google news as long as it's fresh content. But fiverr can get you on Google news. What's the difference between a $200 press release and $5 press release?

If they were the same, one wouldn't be 40x more expensive than another.
As NoobGuru explained nicely, with the expensive one you get quality backlinks that stick + traffic.

The difference between a $5 press release and a $200 press release is - When you buy the $5 press release, two people get paid, the seller and Fiverr. When you buy the $200 press release three people get paid, the seller, the Fiverr seller and Fiverr.

A $5 Press Release?

I rather not have a PR at all, it's useless and will not provide any long term benefits in terms of both traffic & link juice.

Why does everyone seem to think every PR service is eventually passed down to a fiverr seller? lol...

It could mean the same or quite a bit of differences. From content quality to the distribution network.

I suggest that you ask the seller this question on the grounds that no one is better qualified to provide you with an appropriate answer than the seller.

I would probably say the usual you get what you pay for here. But for $5 why not just try a couple on fiverr anyway?

That $200 is what? The writing cost? The distribution cost? Or the two combined?

If it is just the writing cost - beware - the writing may actually be $4 to a Fiverr writer, and $194.50 to the "writer".

If posting (to a PRWeb-quality site) is ensured along with possibly a writing, then that is better. Depending upon the niche, may (or may not) be worth it.

The 5$ press release will post you on a low quality pr service like sbwire ( with a low exposure in google news )
To get a good exposure on google news you need to use a high quality pr service

the $200 means to just buy from the fever seller and it is ore expensive and costly as compare to $5 press release. so be careful before using.
